Recruiting Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are expanding our Buyer Recruitment Team and looking for a motivated, organized, and people oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-communication environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for vehicle acquisition roles across multiple markets. You’ll manage a high volume of conversations, coordinate interviews, and help ensure we are placing top-tier talent with our dealership partners.

What You’ll Do

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, inbound applicants, and outreach efforts

• Initiate conversations with candidates via phone, text, and email

• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, communication skills, and role fit

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal team members

• Manage candidate pipelines and keep detailed notes in tracking systems

• Follow up consistently with candidates to maintain engagement

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve processes and hiring outcomes

• Help ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and workflows

• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly

• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Previous experience in recruiting, BDC, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
